Oven and Dish Washer Manuals

There are manuals for the oven and dishwasher in the cupboard above the hob.

Oven

We find that the oven is hotter than our home oven. When you have the dial at 200 C it is more like 220 C. We find about 170 / 180 to be about 200 C. We have also put an oven thermometer hanging on the oven rack so that you can check.

Oven Cleaning

We deep clean the oven at least once a year, depending on how often it’s used. To help us keep it in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you leave the oven as clean as you found it. Since there’s limited time for deep cleaning between stays, especially during busy periods, your help in keeping things tidy is greatly appreciated.

Extractor Fan

There is no extractor fan, however there is a window beside the hob which can be opened to get steam or smells out.
